Failed or Incomplete Transactions

Most FanHub transactions run smoothly, but sometimes things can take a little longer than expected. Here’s what you need to know:

⏳ First-time Mastercard linking

If you’re linking a Mastercard for the first time, it can take up to 7 days for us to start receiving your transaction data.
    •    Don’t worry—you’ll still earn FanHub Points during this time.
    •    Your points will show in your account as soon as the process is complete.

📅 Missing points after a week

If it’s been more than 7 days and your points still haven’t landed:
    1.    Jump on live chat in the FanHub App.
    2.    Share proof of purchase (receipt, statement, or confirmation email).
    3.    Our team will sort it out for you.

⚠️ Please note: FanHub can only backdate missing transactions from the last 7 days. Anything older than that can’t be credited.

✅ Tip: Always double-check that your card is linked in the app and that you’re spending with a FanHub partner before raising a support request.
