We have removed the content feed and activity feeds.

We've conducted a review of what you love about the app, and what you want to see next.

We also know there's a lot more you want to see from us, and we're now focused on delivering those things. You're about to see the pace pick up big time, so watch this space! ⚡️

The first update based on what you've asked for is Ground Tracking, released in February 2025.

We'll be keeping you in the loop of what we're working on, and providing a way of influencing what comes next. You can now find a public roadmap, and submit feature requests, at https://fanhub.canny.io.

To ensure we have capacity to deliver what matters to you, we have made the difficult decision to remove some features that are not delivering the high standards we want to set.

As a result, we have removed the content feed and activity feeds. Our data, and the chats we've had with many of you, shows these are not providing enough value to make them viable.

Thanks for your continued support, and we look forward to delivering some massive new features that we know you're going to love! 👊

Why was this decision made?

Have seen a few comments regarding the removal of the feeds, and wanted to share our reasoning for making that tough decision.

In the pie chart below you can see the usage of the secondary features in the FanHub app, this does not include stadium check ins.

Only 8.4% of the user base have been using the content feeds. However, it takes up a disproportionate amount of our time to maintain it, and also carries significant cost. This means we are unable to build new features, improve the stability of the rest of the app, and put the time necessary into sourcing new rewards.

We therefore had to make a tough decision to enable us to focus on the things that are really going to deliver for fans in the next best phase of FanHub for the majority of our users. The content feeds being dropped is the best way of making that happen. Of course, all feedback is valuable and we appreciate it. But please be aware this decision was not taken lightly and has been researched thoroughly.

On our roadmap over the coming year, we will be revamping the entire app piece by piece from the ground up, to ensure we're delivering an exceptional experience. You can find our roadmap at https://fanhub.canny.io and submit feature requests there too.
