If you’re having trouble linking your card to the FanHub App, don’t worry — it’s usually a quick fix.
💳 How card linking works
We use Fidel, a trusted and secure card-linking provider, to connect your debit or credit card with FanHub. This lets us track qualifying purchases automatically and award you FanHub Points without any hassle.
🔍 Common issues & fixes
1. Unsupported card type
• At the moment, only Visa and Mastercard are supported.
• If you’re trying to add another card type (e.g. Amex), it won’t work.
2. Incorrect details entered
• Make sure you’ve entered the 16-digit card number and expiry date correctly.
• You don’t need to enter your CVV or PIN.
3. Card already linked
• If your card is already linked to FanHub (or another Fidel-powered app), you won’t be able to link it again.
• Try a different card if you want to use multiple.
4. Bank not supported
• A very small number of banks don’t yet support Fidel card-linking. If this is the case, the app will tell you at the point of linking.
5. Temporary service issue
• Occasionally Fidel or your bank may have a short downtime. Wait a little while and try again.
