You’ve earned FanHub Points for being loyal - checking in, predicting XIs, proving you know your club inside out.

But as our community’s exploded, rewarding every fan properly has got tougher. 

We needed a way to fund better rewards without ever charging fans. That’s where our next chapter begins. 

Introducing: LYLTY Points

Now, you’ll earn LYLTY every time you show loyalty or spend loyalty. Think Tesco Clubcard - but for football.

You’ll bag 1 LYLTY Point for every £1 spent with partner brands. Soon, 500 LYLTY points will bag you £5 gift cards with the best brands (and your club). 

Don’t worry! This change is all funded by businesses, so rewards stay exciting and free.

Your FanHub Points → LYLTY Points

We’ve automatically upgraded your balance, with every 10 FanHub Points now 1 LYLTY Point. 

No value lost - just a simpler, more sustainable rewards system. 

Example: If you had 5,000 FanHub Points, you now have 500 LYLTY Points. 

Rewards have been refreshed too! So everything in the Rewards Centre still costs the same.

✅ Spend with FanHub partner brands and clubs

You’ll also now earn LYLTY Points for every correct call on your lineup and FIVES predictions - not just for hitting 11/11 or 5/5.
