We've made the decision to remove FanHub Pro from the FanHub app, effective soon.

Why we are removing FanHub Pro:

We're removing Pro so we are able to offer its perks to all fans. We've also listened to your feedback that Pro wasn't offering enough value - and we'd rather make a change than keep something that falls short of what you deserve. 

What this means for existing Pro users:

Your FanHub Points:

You'll keep all the FanHub Points you've earned so far. You won't get Pro bonus FanHub Points once it has been removed, but everything you've banked is yours - and will be important ahead of the upcoming new rewards era.

Two teams:

One of Pro's popular perks was the ability to follow two clubs (plus your national team) on FanHub. This will soon be available to all FanHub users.

Refunds:

If you want a refund, you can request one via our form below. FanHub will always be a free app, and every bit of support helps us keep building for fans, if you've enjoyed using FanHub and want to keep that momentum going, we'd love you to stick with it and skip the refund. But the option's here if you'd prefer it:

It is important to note:

• Monthly Pro subscribers are not eligible for refunds - your plan will simply not renew
• Annual Pro subscribers with more than one month left when Pro benefits are removed can request a pro-rata refund (e.g. 50% of the year left = 50% refund). 
• Eligibility depends on the exact date Pro ends, so if you're close to your renewal, you may not qualify.
